Built to withstand a lifetime of use, the ottoman glides on high-quality metal bearings and is constructed of sturdy Canadian hardwood. The frame has no sharp edges and a toxin-free finish in a light pine color. Features a thick 3" foam cushion covered in a soft and durable beige and cream fabric. My hubby bought me my Glider chair for me for Christmas 2 years ago. So I went online to buy the matching ottoman. I bought the wrong one. Oops. But it still looks ok. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the quality of the fabric. I don't wear shoes when using it. I only put my feet on it barefoot. But after 2 years of use (my daughter just turned 2) it has a huge worn spot. I am probably going to have to have it recovered in the next year. I think the fabric needs to be a better quality.
